Horrible experience! The people there have been staying there for extended periods and are very tribal and “watchful” towards newcomers. Me and my wife were put out of the hotel because a certain group there used the police and unfounded allegations to do so. The officer who came to the call acknowledged the fact that he couldn’t substantiate the claims against me and my wife and we were still kicked out. The officer who investigated the claims and come to the conclusion of unsubstantiated claims were found even considering that a specific family of about 6 people “claimed” they witnessed us fighting.” I am African American and my wife is Italian and African American and I really fell like race played an issue in this situation. From the very beginning we felt “out of place” and “unwelcome “. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, especially family or friends.

I would give 10 stars if I could for the staff alone. Very friendly, interactive and helpful. The room was perfect - very clean, room with a mountain and church view and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

Really, really filthy and scary place; we did NOT end up sleeping there, and the only redeeming quality was the helpful front desk host, who was willing to refund our money.Room 1: already occupied by a possible squatter. Room 2: mercifully could not access, as door wouldn’t accept key card. Parking lot was filled almost to capacity with various vehicles coming and going, teeming with feral cats, and urine saturated. Altogether HIDEOUS Would like a “No Star” option for this one
