Most disgusting place I've EVER stayed at! Will NEVER stay here again. We stayed here in 2019 on a trip to the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi Bay. It wasn't great but it was okay and doable. This time, not so much! First off, they advertised breakfast and once we got there said that they haven't served breakfast since Jan. Then, there was the pool advertisement and no working pool. Then the room, filth everywhere. Curtains, shower curtain, floors, air conditioners partially duct taped to the windows. One of the TV's was broke. There were pieced together door frames and half of the wallpaper in the bathroom was ripped down. There were dead bugs on the wall and the day that we left, after our food had been in the refrigerator, a roach walked across the refrigerator and down the front of it. Just a totally gross hotel! I did check for bed bugs and was surprised that I didn't find any. This whole hotel needs an upgrade and on the back of the door it said they charged $299 a night for that room! Please! More like $2.99!!!

This is the WORST hotel I have stayed in. I am here as an extended stay guest, and this hotel advertises itself as a no smoking hotel. I have been complaining to hotel staff for MONTHS about constantly getting second hand cigarette smoke in my room and they have REFUSED to do anything about it. Upper management refuses to check rooms for smokers when I've lodged complaints. I have taped off every single spot to prevent smoke from coming in, but it doesn't matter. Smoke STILL is invading my room. I have emphysema and have REPEATEDLY told staff this and they STILL refuse to do anything about the smoke smell! EVERYTHING I own REEKS of smoke. Not only that, but the elevator constantly breaks down, the majority of the washers and dryers NEVER work and the halls constantly reek of pot smoke. If you need a hotel DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We stayed in this dump after paying in advance non-refundable. It was a HORRIBLE place they should be ashamed to market this as a part of choice hotels. I told the desk if I was expected to clean my own room at check in they could at least provide me with some cleaning supplies. Hair on the bathroom floor in case you wanted to make a wig, a bonus bar of soap better known as a used bar of soap in the shower, food on the floor in the kitchen apparently this is their idea of a free breakfast, not to be out done by the training facility set up for cleaning stoves better known as dirty pans in the oven. And don’t forget the holes in the sofa and for all this luxury they wanted me to pay a daily fee for my dogs in case they would do any damage. All they could have done was improve this dump. My suggestion is turn it into a hotel for illegals as it “might” be a step up from a tent. They already have homeless vagrants who patrol the parking lot at night and those who have rooms there.
