Needs updated, all the pictures advertised are old. Made it look nice. You thought it would be nice when u walk in to lobby . It was the only nice part. 1st off doors in room were black smudges, stained sheets had yellow color n covers stained. Air barely worked . Not enough towels for 4. I booked for 4. Charged us 100 for one night. Didn't tell us we would have to pay another 100 when we got there. It was to make sure we didn't hurt their rooms. Wouldn't take cash for other part. Even though they had our card on file.
Son and husband got stuck in elevator. No phone to call for help. It finally opened. My 13 year old made us use stairs for rest of stay.
Pool was dirty, pool area was dirty and looked like a dungeon, most if the lighting was out in the pool area making it creepy. It flickered too. No towels. Had to go ask for them. Back door was broke and covered with wood. Chairs broke. Only had 4 chairs. Black all over floor, pool had grim on upper part in water. I wouldn't even get in the pool.
All vending machines on all floors were broke, empty or sold out. Took my money. Then they had no quarters to give me change for my dollar bills.
Part of the floors had tiles that were rocking when you walked on them. Tripping hazard.
Also ,no cream cheese for bagels. I really wanted a bagel. No one to help me get cream cheese. Asked front desk. They wouldn't help or even look for breakfast lady. Fruit looked old. The waffle maker was best part.
Don't stay here.

Quality Inn Dayton Airport. 10 Rockridge Rd, Englewood Ohio. The location is very convenient just off of I 70 and Main Street in Englewood Ohio. That is where the "pro's" end with this review. Upon check in, it took the receptionist almost 15 minutes to find our reservation and get us our room keys. The main entry is nice and is well represented in the photos of the location on the website. The rest of the photos on the website are misleading. The main hall carpet is dirty and smells with a strong odor of carpet cleaner throughout the hallway. The rooms are dark and well used. not the bright, clean rooms depicted on the website. The room had a strong musty smell upon entry that only became better as you became nose blind...leave the room and return and it hits you like a brick when you enter. The bathroom floor was extremely dirty, (first and second photo); The bathroom fan was inoperable and did not even have a switch to turn it on (third photo) the tub was also dirty, chipped, and stained (fourth photo). The overall bathroom was dark and misrepresented by the bright clean photo on the website (fifth photo). The room is dark and not nearly what was represented by the photos on the website (sixth photo). Finally, the next few photos are of the curtains and the window. This just goes to show how well the rooms are maintained. In the morning breakfast was not nearly what you would expect from a Quality Inn. There was hardly any food, one warmer was broken so no meats, only a small pan of eggs that was nearly empty. There were a couple pieces of bread but no pastries available, we decided to go to a local restaurant rather than deal with the obvious lack of care given to customer satisfaction at the free "breakfast" offered here. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head, and cleanliness and service do not matter to you, or if it is the only place left and its 3:00 in the AM and you just need to sleep, this place will do the job, otherwise I suggest you look elsewhere.

am writing on behalf of our group following a deeply disappointing and concerning experience during our recent stay at your hotel. We had reserved 17 rooms, expecting a standard of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality that was not met.
Throughout our stay, we encountered several serious issues:
Poor Overall Cleanliness: Multiple rooms had stained bed sheets and signs of inadequate housekeeping. In some cases, rooms did not appear to have been properly cleaned before check-in.
Expired Breakfast Items: Most alarmingly, yogurt provided during breakfast was found to be five days past its expiration date, which is a clear health risk. Unfortunately, one of our group members became ill shortly after consuming it.
Lack of Maintenance: General conditions throughout the hotel—including common areas and bathrooms—reflected poor upkeep and neglect.
