Hampton Inn and Suites Cleveland/Independence

The hotel is very clean and affordable. Breakfast is hearty with multiple options. Staff were responsive when we had issues we had a toilet that didn’t work and so our room was moved. The only drawback was that our room windows faced the other building, which was like looking at another wall, not really an outdoor view. That made the room feel smaller and more confined.

Stayed here on my trip touring around Ohio and was not disappointed. This was hotel 6 on this trip, all Hampton’s, and this location was by far the nicest and cleanest! The hotel has not received the neon green updates that many Hampton’s have, but that did not make a difference in the comfort or appeal of my stay. This location did not have any noticeable wear and tear (that even updated ones have) and everything seemed fresh and clean. The two women at front desk were friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do.

Had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. While it's easy off/easy on the highway, it is down a road and set back far enough that you don't see or hear the highway at all. Very comfortable bed and sofa in the King Room with Shower. Erica was exceptionally helpful Friday when we were arriving and had some requests. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff members throughout. Better breakfast than some Hampton Inns with upgraded hot food. If you are in the area, highly recommend you chose this hotel.
