Man at front desk didn’t know the ADA law for service dogs. Asked inappropriate questions about personal health issues! Discriminated future be putting us in a filthy room with a broken toilet seat and toxic air fresheners placed in heating/cooling system. Had to sleep with windows open due to nausea and irritated nose and throat from air fresheners. We paid for a king room and were put into a room with two queens due to having a service dog which is illegal. They made no effort to accept us and refused to even look at the service dog card we offered to show them. A One is too high for this filthy, poorly run hotel. Not pet friendly at all.

Great, clean quiet stay. Many food options within close proximity of motel. Would stay again! Good breakfast, awesome coffee
