Super 8 Moraine/Dayton

The room was exceptionally smaller than what was advertised. There is nowhere to put bathroom essentials, hair dryer curling iron, combs and brushes etc. one very small trash can in the room. There was only one half of a roll of toilet paper as well. That was th best part. On our first night the evening manager was pacing back and forth in front of our room while speaking with a guest about a maintenance issue. She had absolutely no respect for the guests and proceeded to yell back and forth with the other guest. This went on for almost an hour at 1am. Finally at 2:30am everything quieted down. However, we had to be awake by 5:30am. Needless to say, we only got a few hours of sleep and made our interactions with other businesses partners very difficult. The room floors were extremely filthy. See picture below. Thank goodness we brought slippers to walk in while in the room. No continental breakfast, only coffee which I do not drink. If you are considering staying at this motel...reconsider spending a little more for a hotel that is courteous, kind and clean.

Keep right on driving... I had made a reservation. When I checked the room out, the bathroom floor and area around the sink (outside the bathroom) was flooded with water. The entire room stunk badly. Also, there was a couple outside in the room next to us sitting on the sidewalk, drinking alcohol and smoking pot. Keep right on driving...

Room was clean during my whole stay. I was ask daily if I needed anything. The housekeepers I spoke to Angela and a man always seemed to willing to help ans always kept my bed made and shower clean. I will be coming back to to this hotel years to come.
