Best Western Mt Orab Inn

Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were nice, plenty of towels. We had a great quiet stay. Breakfast was very good with fried eggs, delicious sausage and plenty of hot coffee.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Do not stay here unless you want to wait an hour to get checked in only to find a disgusting room. There was puke in our sink, the carpets were wet. Dog hair all over the sheets under the comforter. Garbages were all overflowing, not enough toilet paper for one person to go once. Breakfast ran out at 6:45 and was never refilled. Someone, I suspect the manager due to my being upset about the check in experience, too a crap right night to our RV power cord outside. Seriously!! Stay away from this hell hole!! And the hot tub in the pictures does not exist. Check out the chair and bathtub

Very for service I booked online paid online. Showed up at the location. Nobody at the front desk. I’ve waited 30 minutes. I got here at just after midnight. If you’re late traveler, drive on by this place there’s nobody attending the front desk. I will not stay at another one of these hotels.
