Baymont Inn and Suites Concord/Mentor

The front desk staff was so much fun! There were eight people ahead of me when we were checking in and it was like a big comedy show! No one felt like they had to wait. The only little challenge is that the little girl that prepares the breakfast room was late. But she sure was a hustler when she got there!

Very clean and friendly customer service!

In general the stay was fine. However the bed height required us to move the suitcase stand to the bed so my 5ft wife to get in.
