Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charlotte-Concord I-85

Assistant General Manager Todd was very rude. Rooms were fine customer service terrible.

Recently stayed here and had a great experience. Room was kept clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a nice selection of breakfast food. Good coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel if you are just passing through Charlotte or don't want to stay downtown or near the airport. The rooms were clean and consistent with the brand. The staff was courteous throughout my stay. The area is safe and located on a major road with multiple places to gas your car and eat nearby. I would stay here again if the price is competitive.
