Best Western University Inn Steubenville

They do not appreciate our military families and veterans

This Best Western Hotel is located right off highways and close to shops, restaurants, and Schools. This is an older property, but well-maintained and clean. You can find many amenities at this hotel, such as conference rooms, guest laundry, buffet-style breakfast, a pool and a fitness room. The rooms are large and clean; however, my room lacked modern tools to connect my devices, but it had several electrical outlets for plugging in chargers. The refrigerator worked very well, the wifi was easy to connect to and had a good signal. The bathroom was clean and had an actual fan for smells and steam. Overall, I had a good stay, and since it rained all day, I just walked across the parking lot to eat. The only issues I had were with the Peloton in the fitness room, which had somehow disconnected from the wifi, rendering the bike pretty much useless. The front desk staff member worked tirelessly calling, texting and WhatsApping every manager she could to find out how to reconnect the bike. It took some time, but they figured out how to reconnect the bike to Wi-Fi, and at the least, I was able to use it as a workout finisher. Overall, a good stay with no issues, in a large and clean room, with very helpful staff.

The room and amenities were great, the breakfast bar was fully stocked and clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was really convenient. Highly recomend the Inn at Franciscian Square.
