Friendly and very helpful staff willing to help any questions or concerns. The rooms were spacious and very clean with a modern style to them they also had a hot tub, mini fridge and microwave and a laundry room by the office. The vending machines were always fully stocked. With the freeway close it just a 20minute drive to downtown Cleveland with stores and restaurants close to the hotel. I highly recommend reserving yourself a stay. It was easy to unwind and relax with at a hotel without overcharging you. SLM

The good part-the room was decent size, decorated in pleasant, calming colors, furniture in good repair, nice wood floors and reasonable price. The not so good-2 lights didn’t work, cigarette burns in the bedspread, stained (but clean) sheets, shower curtain on backwards and filthy and no hot water in the shower or sink. We were too exhausted to bother changing rooms.

Marriott oversold their hotel. Sent us to this place. Receptionist never got up from her chair. Either high or drunk. Wouldn't take our voucher from Marriott. Had to pay for room. Room floor sticky! Pillow and bathroom with hair that wasn't ours. Dusty. No shampoo. Yuck!
