Best Western Chickasha

We were so disappointed. Pictures are not a good idea of this hotel’s condition. All areas need cleaned and tidied. Rooms need TLC. Ours had a cooling unit on the floor that didn’t cool that much. Bath tub didn’t drain so had to hurry through shower. It feels like this hotel is maintained at the bare minimum to be able make money not create a pleasant experience for customers. Mattress was not that uncomfortable though and breakfast was fairly good.

The rooms are not handicap accessible if you are in a wheelchair or mobile device there's a 5-inch step to get into each of the rooms there's a 2 inch step to get into the restroom wheelchairs cannot fit to get into the office from the room area there is a small ramp but the door opens towards the ramp there is a lift to get down the stairs to the pool but no way of bringing your wheelchair down with you the lift to get into the pool is on the opposite side of the pool from the lift that get get you down the stairs they do provide one room with a shower but there is a step to get up into the shower when the manager was asked about handicap accessible rooms he was clueless

I accidentally ordered hotel in wrong area but for the price of 47 dollars during the week for two days with a hot breakfast, very comfy bed, I was impressed. Although, it was a bit creepy, wanted to look up the history only found it to be built in 1966. Nothing that I seen out of the ordinary but would have loved to have seen something. Stayed in room 147, next to a exit door, a bit humid, clean but could use some detail cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.
