Premier Inn and Suites

My family was exhausted and we understood that this was not a five star hotel, we just wanted a clean place to sleep and get out of bad weather with our 5 yr old. First we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned, food everywhere and clearly just used. So they put us in another room, and it was even worse. Every inch of the room was absolutely filthy, and when we went to check the beds there were cockroaches all over the floor surrounding it. I took pictures and brought them down to the front desk to ask for our money back and she was extremely rude and told me they were not roaches, just large beetles, like that was supposed to make me feel better about having my five year old son sleep in the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely atrocious.

Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms and large flat screen TVs. Was traveling threw to visit family and enjoyed our night at the Premier. Got up had nice breakfast. I would defently stay again and plan on it on our way back threw.

My family and I stayed there two nights ago and the place was filthy! There was snack food from previous people lying on the floor by the beds and out in the open! Also since our stay, my kids and I have bites all over us and are itching like crazy. I don't recommend this place to a family!
