Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Muskogee

Was a good stay out of the storms. We paid a little more than expected. Breakfast was good, coffee was fabulous, staff were friendly and attentive. Would stay here again and suggest others to stay here. Over all enjoyed our one night stay. You will not be disappointed

Experienced again, an excellent customer service both from the front desk and restaurant personnel! But I think the hotel needs a bit of cleaning or renovation as the toilet in our room was a bit dirty, I could have taken a picture but I opted not to as the hotel needs to have a random spot checking of all areas in the hotel to guarantee customer satisfaction.

They need to clean better! Mildew smells are bad. Floors are dirty. Front desk was rude. Hotel could definitely use some updating. No towels or shower curtain in room and phone in room didn’t work ………
