Best Western Broadway Inn & Suites

This Hotel isn't there. Only hotel in the area is the Hemp Hotel. Best Western doesn't even recognize that this is part of the chain anymore. Took myself almost 2 hr with booking site to refund money. Even when we had a 3-way call with hotel they had no clue what the SureStay Plus Hotel was or where it is. They answered Hemp Hotel and the booking site even ask about my reservation. TripAdvisor please delete this hotels listing.

Bar with occasional restaurant open on site not full service. Due to Covid breakfast is to go bags not continental. Our rooms were not assigned until we checked in so 1st floor request not honored. A bad BW hotel is still better than some other places.

Don't be deceived by the photos online. This place is A DUMP! Carpet, Nasty and sticky. Chair in the corner, NASTY and filthy. Lights in bathroom flickered on and off like a dance club. No cable. Only local channels. Bonus giant pile of old nasty French fries on the floor in the corner!!! The room was blazing hot. It was 100 outside and they had not turned the AC on. Certain I witnessed a drug deal in the hallway. I felt VERY unsafe, but it was so late at night, I stayed anyway.
