Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

By far the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Claims to be entirely smoke free. The room even said it was a “nonsmoking room.” The entire place smelled like smoke and urine. TVs are old. Couch and carpet is ripped and stained. I don’t know how this place is even still in business.

First of all, this hotel will scam you! Our room was prepaid through 3rd party, but at check-in late at night, was told that it hadn't been paid, and they needed credit card or cash for payment AND a deposit. At check-out, I was told the previous night's payment was credited back to card and even received a printed receipt showing credit when I asked for one. Yet, the room charge PLUS deposit was STILL charged to my credit card by the hotel. Secondly, this place is the PITS! Dark, dingy, REEKING of smoke. The toilet in our room had pee in it in hadn't been flushed. The AC unit had a loud banging sound in the wall by the bed every 5-10 minutes. We were given a room with a connecting room that had a VERY LOUD all-night party in it, and multiple people were falling into and banging against the connecting room door ALL NIGHT. My daughter had a big college audition the next morning, and neither of us slept a wink. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIVE!

Good place to stop for a night. Close to many restaurants, friendly staff. Very big rooms, wifi and AC working really well. Beds comofrtable, water pressure in the shower worked well. Good value for the price. Breakfast included and it is ok.
