Accommodations: ADA with portable shower chair, stand in shower. Amenities: Coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge. Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids (manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property offers accessible elevator access. Parking: The property offers plenty of parking spots and rv. Dining & Service: Complimentary hot breakfast. Final Thoughts: Easy to locate and away from downtown crowd. Boring Hilton color paint scheme and decorum. However, good for those passing through.

During my stay at the Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast, I unfortunately experienced several issues that significantly impacted the quality of the stay. First, I discovered multiple bugs on the bedding, including on the pillow and blankets. I counted approximately five and took photos at the time. I reported this immediately to the front desk and was moved to another room. In addition, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues in the original room that I reported through the hotel’s text service, including a light bulb that popped and produced smoke, a loose sink nozzle that would not properly turn the water on, loud plumbing noise when flushing the toilet, and a bathroom and sink area that did not appear to have been properly cleaned. While the staff did move us to another room after the bugs were reported, the overall handling of the situation afterward was disappointing. I documented the issues and escalated the concern through Hilton Guest Assistance, but the resolution provided was minimal and the case was ultimately closed without further review. I am sharing this so future guests are aware of the experience and so that the property has the opportunity to improve its maintenance, cleanliness standards, and guest service response when concerns are reported.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms had a few things that could be improved like carpeting and window fixtures.
