Best Western Sand Springs Inn & Suites

Had an availability which was a plus. However online lots of things are mentioned that are not available. Pool has not been clean in forever and was closed couldn’t swim in it. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast. Beds were hard, carpet felt dirty, wall in bathroom cracked, as well as cracks in sink and tub. Lastly the air conditioner did not work properly said 68 and it was definitely not 68 in there. Also got charged for an extra guest which I’m not sure why. Didn’t get an extra bed or room or anything my toddler slept in bed with her brother and sister. Lastly the smoke detector was broken on the ceiling. Being though my husband Is a firefighter I’m surprised we stayed there!

This hotel is infested with roaches. We checked in and were given our room and immediately saw roaches crawling in the walls. We reported it to the front desk lady and she didn't care. The owner will respond to reviews and say they take oest control seriously but lets be honest. This roach issue has been brought up in reviews for years. I wish I could get a partial refund. Staying here had me on edge.

Three seniors stayed 5 nights. The first night the adjoining room guests woke us up at 6 am with loud talking and arguing that continued until after 8 am. The phone in the room didn't work so I was unable to contact the front desk. I asked to be moved and was given a quiet room. The breakfast was minimal with few choices, and the coffee was terrible. We opted to eat out on 3 of the 5 days. The room was clean but in poor repair. Water faucets dripped or didn't work correctly. There were cracks in the sink and bathtub. It was a classic case of "you get what you pay for." We won't stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
