Very relaxing several days at this hotel. Customer service was excellent! Room was clean and everything was fresh? Breakfast in the morning was delicious, especially the omelette! Very pleased with this stay

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and staff was super accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Rented the whirlpool tub room. The room is more expensive than the others but it’s a splurge I pamper myself with a few times a year. Disappointed with this last visit. Warm was not hot just warm the whole stay. Went to take a shower two different times both times water initially came out fine but after a few minutes it went to a trickle then absolutely no water coming out at all and me standing there with a head full of soapy shampoo. Waited 10 minutes and it came back on finally. Never hot though. When I mentioned it to owner? At check out he brushed it aside saying it’s because of the laundry room. Why is this my problem? I pay for service and accommodations to be up to standard. I’m disappointed. When called about my complaint they said they give me some extra reward points? Really? How about my money back? Or a free night to make up for that one? It may not seem important but that was my hard earned money gone to waste.
