Days Inn Stillwater

Sticky floor. Really gross looking bathroom. The sink was fully clogged…water stayed in it all night and still hadn’t drained in the morning. Condescending and unaccomodating staff. ZERO hospitality and were straight up rude to us. We paid for 3 rooms and one of them we were never able to open or use. They refused to offer a refund and refused to offer the “24/7” assistance when we first had issues with the lock. This is a terrible place to stay. I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Maybe we got the worst room in the whole place, but wow, I was shocked anyone decided it was good enough to rent. They’re probably going to respond to this saying it is a fake review. That’s how they responded to my last one. What a joke of a business.

ILLEGAL RETALIATION & SAFETY VIOLATIONS "I am a critically ill senior with a brain condition (ALD). This property (Rooms 225 & 221) left me without a toilet, shower, or hot water for days. When I called Code Enforcement, the property was found to have NO FIRE ALARMS. Instead of fixing the issues, the management ILLEGALLY EVICTED me on December 31st in retaliation for reporting them. They 'barked' at me and threatened me while I was in a medical crisis. This is a dangerous property that preys on the vulnerable. Do not stay here."

The location was great, close to where we needed to go. The price was great. The room, itself, was not the cleanest. We found cat food and cat poop in one corner, trash in the dresser, and no toilet paper. The smoke detector was missing, which I am sure is a violation. We only slept for four hours before having to get up for the day. I booked the room for two nights, but only stayed one night. I wound up booking a room at a different hotel. I tried calling the office number listed on my booking multiple times, but nobody ever answered. We definitely will not be staying here again.
