Comfort Suites Central

We wil never stay at this hotel again. When we arrived there was only one person working and apparently the hotel over booked and several people did not have rooms. We had booked 2 rooms and I had 2 confirmation numbers but she did not want to see the numbers. They did ask my name but they should have been able to look up it up with the confirmation numbers. The lady was rude to us and was making sure that everyone that was waiting knew that she had to call 7 more people to tell them that they dis not have rooms. I told her that I had prepaid for a room and she said I was not charged. Guess what i was. Like I said I had prepaid! We tried to get our money back but they tried to stay we got there after 11pm and we were there before 10 pm. The person said they would have the manager call us back. No one would call us back. We tried for several weeks even called the corporate number a d no call back. So I lost $680.30. We like staying at comfort suites but WILL NOT be staying at this one because of how we were treated even when we called them the next day after having to find another place to stay. We were there for a soccer tournament.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and serious concern regarding my recent stay at the Comfort Suites Tulsa Central. My friends and I have been loyal guests of your hotel chain for more than 11 years, consistently choosing your properties because they have always been safe, clean, and well-maintained. Until now, we have never had a single issue worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the Tulsa Central location was nothing short of a nightmare and stands in complete contrast to the high standards we have come to expect from your brand. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that this property is severely neglected. There were roaches near the microwave, the refrigerator, and even in the bathroom—a completely unacceptable and unsanitary condition for any hotel, let alone one operating under your reputable name. The towels provided were stained, the room had no functioning water at times, and after only two days of basic service, we received no housekeeping or trash pickup for the remaining three days of our stay. Overflowing trash and unchanged linens are not merely inconveniences—these are basic standards of hygiene that were entirely ignored. In all our years staying with your chain, we have never experienced such neglect, filth, or disregard for guest safety and comfort. It is deeply concerning that a property carrying your brand’s name is being allowed to operate in such a condition. Travelers deserve to be warned, and unless corrective action is taken immediately, this location will continue to tarnish your company’s otherwise reliable reputation. I expect a formal response outlining how this matter will be addressed, including what steps will be taken to bring this property back up to the standards your customers trust. We would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the distress, discomfort, and unacceptable conditions we were forced to endure. Your prompt attention to this issue is both warranted and expected.

The hotel was in need of general maintenance and cleaning. First night we stayed and the comforter covers had visible stains, pull out couch had a lighter and food trash trapped in it, HDMI cable for the tv had been stollen so had to get front staff to bring us another, pool had so much chlorine it was murky and the fumes alone burned our eyes. Next night we came back after being out all day to no clean towels, had to get pool towels, then was informed from another guest that the water was out. We checked out and switched hotels at that point. The staff was very kind but Comfort Inn Suites seems to be letting their hotels get too dilapidated for me. I’ve stay in a few others recently and I won’t be using them anymore.
