HAMPTON INN & SUITES TULSA/SOUTH

Horrible experience that’s dragged on for weeks now. We stayed in a room that did not have a working toilet or a working thermostat. It’s been two weeks since our stay and still haven’t received a call back from the manager. When I called Hilton customer service they were only willing to offer me 2,000 hilton honors points which is equivalent to $10. Do not stay at this hotel they don’t care about your experience.

Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. I am a frequent business traveler and choose to stay at Hilton properties whenever possible. I know Hampton Inns can varying widely and this is a good one. Will stay here again.

This was a good hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. We did not get our room cleaned the first day because they were too busy, which was a little frustrating. I would have appreciated a heads up vs having to call and find out. The elevator button also did not work, so I had to call for it every time. Hopefully that gets fixed soon. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.
