Horrible service ! I paid on Priceline , I had just got my new ID that morning so the tag agency prints one as a receipt and they mail is in the mail . Well the women at the counter was cursing in a horrible mood and wouldn’t even look at my id. Just as soon as I walked in she decided she wasn’t gonna give me a room. I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s cold and rainy here . And when you call them they won’t let you speak to super visor . Because of that lady I’m outside

I travel frequently, and this filthy dump is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in - Expedia shouldn't even list places like this. The elevator didn't work, the heater was broken, blinds torn, sheets dirty, blankets missing and mold in the tub and shower. We walked in, saw the mess, and turned around. The young man at the desk said he couldn't process a refund since we booked through Expedia. Shame on Expedia for listing a this atrocity, and shame on me for not doing better research. Meanwhile, whatever you do, avoid this repugnant stink hole!

Shower curtain broken, shower floor gross, no door on bathroom, bed frames so flimsy that one collapsed. Honestly, this place should be condemned. And they had the nerve to ask for a $50 cash deposit! Don’t waste your time with this dump. There are many better choices in Tulsa
