Quail Run Motor Inn

The room had a full kitchen, but nothing to cook in or serve on, so would have had to plan ahead. We were only staying overnight to shorten our trip to else where, so it didn't matter to us. I did find it amusing that our room number was 122, right between 112 and 114. Superstitions die hard. There was coffee in the office, just none in the room. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure, the place was clean, the manager (owner) was very nice, all in all just fine for an over night stay. The price was certainly right. Would stay there again.

My experience earns one "circle" (on top of the default) because the owner was nice enough and the room was toasty warm. The first room my lady, dog, and self were accommodated in was awful. The bedding had hairs and stains. The walls had stains. After showing these abominations to the owner he insisted we stay in a different room. Being 12am I decided to give it a try rather that push for a refund. The second room was a slight improvement, but we still slept on our own blankets. This place is not clean. For the price all I ask for are clean bedding. It was not clean, man.

We initially were going to stay a night or two, but we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we are doing what we can to stay. The owner is very friendly and can be hilarious if you take the time to get to know him. We would stay again.
