Plaza Motel

We stayed here when visiting the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The location makes it easy to get to Ashland with about a 20 minute drive, the cost is significantly less than staying in Ashland, and having access to a kitchenette made meals easier and less expensive. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. It was 90* while we were there and the air conditioner worked well. The property was quiet and we never felt unsafe or had any concerns. One note: If you intend to cook, you should know that very few cooking items are supplied. Our room had 3 pots for the stove top, one 8" frying pan, and a pancake-turner style spatula. We had no items to use in the stove (cookie sheet, casserole dish, pot holder), and no silverware/flatware/plastic ware. There were also no large bowls or other serving dishes, so when we made a salad we had to make it in the large soup pot! However, we made it work with what we had and were able to cook a dinner and two breakfasts in the room very easily.

This hotel is clean, friendly, and quiet. It's beautifully updated with a full kitchen, modern restroom and shower, and comfortable beds. Everything is updated and there is even a Tesla destination charger for those of us who need an early start. Highly recommended.

Amazing room for an amazing price. Very clean and came with a kitchenette. Definitely will stay here again.
