WILLERS MOTEL NEWPORT

I live here no one cares to clean hallway knowing labors were letting dog use it as a place to poop and pee. Guest can have cats? No not here but there was 2 next door living in filth I could smell and still can smell urine feces making me very sick.

My new employer rented me a room here for one month But would only pay for a week at a time because they only accept cash or checks actually told my owner that he had to go get cash when we called and said we were going to pay for a month in advance the manager was very eager and very excited although she did not have the apartment available for us she put me in a regular hotel room told me it would be ready in 2 days which it wasn't the place stinks it's moldy. The manager is disrespectful my girlfriend lost her ring in the garbage and when she went to go take it out the woman told us we had to leave because she felt like my girlfriend's gonna bring garbage into the room Right after we had canceled the monthly stay because we felt like something was shady about the money she made excuses saying we had traffic and that that we are making all kinds of noise and she couldn't have no peace people in this hotel are up all night one of the cars next to me tonight got the window broke out right now 4 o'clock in the morning somebody's out vacuuming their vehicle Everybody at the hotel is telling me that the woman is embezling money and that's the reason why she only takes cash and won't take credit cards and she drinks people sit outside of the hotel and smoke marijwanna they argue in fight almost everybody who lives here is a drug addict The police are here often a local company here in town told me that they will not pay for people to stay here because the manager is so disrespectful and she Kix people out after they pay a couple months rent and refuses to give them the money saying that they damaged the room the woman up above us left crying to day didn't even pack all of her stuff just got into her car and drove off I'm contacting the owner of this establishment and haven't them come do a check of the books and let them know everything is going on and let them know about all the drug traffic here This lady is super disrespectful and rude I don't know why she is still allowed to run this place the people who own this are very incompetent is the worst day I've ever had in my life

To be quick , mold in our coffee, ended up throwing up breakfast, soon after being offered another free night caught a cockroach/another free room from a sweet lady, in the morning a lady came in screamed at us about calling the cops and telling us we lied about the cockroach said we probably saw it online and lied our way to another room ended up saying she was gonna call the cops and needed to get the f out refused to see the proof of the cockroach and then ended up finding out the lady who came up and gave us another free room didn’t even work there’s WTH didn’t get an apology or nothing // first time for everything right? Never going back even if I was broke :/ sad to say people who live there are super nice but WTH with the manger? Or was it the manger ? Have no idea at this point
