HOLIDAY INN PORTLAND-AIRPORT (I-205)

Had to pay for parking because the airport owns the parking lot. Hotel is long overdue for interior renovations. Fridge did not work in the room. Additionally, breakfast is not included and must be paid for. There are much better options in the area, skip this place.

No, no no, do not stay here. Laid on the bed for a few minutes before my husband noticed blood splattered all over the sheets and it was fresh blood. No one changed the sheets. This place is disgusting. I called front desk and the guy said he couldn’t come upstairs to change the sheets. He said he was the only one at front but there were two people downstairs with him when my husband brought him the bloody sheets.

Extremely disappointed with the shuttle service at this location. We waited at PDX for over 60 minutes after calling for a pickup at 6:08 AM. The front desk was completely unable to reach their own driver for an hour due to a radio error. To make matters worse, I reached out to the General Manager to resolve the issue, and his own business card has a typo in the email address. Even after finding the correct email, I have received zero response after 3 days. Unprofessional and unreliable, especially if you have family or a tight schedule.
