Ramada Portland Airport Hotel

No water in back of toilet tank, bad front desk service: charged a $150 deposit not disclosed and had to return to front desk as thought was overcharged— person there assumed I knew——- I have never been charged a deposit like that and am world traveler, requested an extra blanket and was told that was not possible until morning and he knew we were only staying one night, (hotel not full and we checked in after 8PM so surely he could have taken one from a vacant room), cigarette burns in bedding, loud noise from room next door…

I've stayed at this location many times before and never had a problem. But the hotel has been neglected and I will not be staying here again. And will not recommend to anyone I know. The price they charge I would expect better accommodation

Beats the prices of downtown. could use a little updating but for the price, the room was clean enough and the air conditioner worked. Pool not functioning nor was the restaurant. but there is a good airport cafe right across the street and a Starbucks close by. Grounds around the hotel and the pool area could use some attention.
