Shilo Inn Suites Hotel Tillamook

We were traveling with our dog and booked online. The booking was not right but they helped us by making a room change. The night manager was kind and helpful plus it was easy to stay with a pet. The room was clean and comfortable but giving five stars for the night manager.

This hotel is a great place to stay for a few nights while traveling. The staff were friendly, the rooms were large and clean ans their lobby and sitting areas and gym were very nice. Good value stay.

A one star hotel that cost 3 stars. The room had just been renovated with the cheapest materials possible. Bed very uncomfortable and bathroom pretty small. Coffee in the room was undrinkable. When I pay almost $250 for a room I have some expectation for some quality. It was raining and the parking lot had more deep puddles to manuiver. No breakfast either. Would not recommend this place unless you can get it for under $100. Very disappointing.
