What a joke! I had been promised outdoor entrance rooms. They booked indoor entrance rooms. I needed an outdoor entrance room as it is difficult for me to walk too far. They finally changed my room to an ADA room that had an outdoor entrance but didn't lower the price to the correct room rate. My first night there at around 11 PM the people in the room above me had the jacuzzi going for about 2 hours. No sleep for me. Again, no discount on the room. They told me I got the use of the room so I have to pay. The front desk staff and manager were all very rude and disrespectful. Don't even get me started on the holes in the walls, poor WiFi connection and dirty bathroom.

f you stay at this hotel, you will think you are getting a pretty good deal. The rooms are fairly comfortable for the price! But after checkout you will receive a message: something is missing from your room. You didn’t take anything, but your card is charged anyway. Now the room has doubled in price. Management won’t respond to your requests for evidence. Corporate says there’s nothing they can do. You got scammed. It happened to me and I was surprised to learn it has happened to many others staying at Quality Inn & Suites too. Don’t fall for the bait- stay somewhere else.

The parking lot is at end of a dead end road and Google Maps had a bit of trouble guiding me. Once I knew where it was there was no problem. We arrived in the _early_ afternoon and the AM clerk allowed us to check in even though our room wasn't quite ready. We were going to use the pool while we waited but then the clerk called housekeeping and found another room was already ready. This was both a blessing and a curse. The next morning around 9:30 Juan (the manager) knocked on our door. They were confused because the AM guy forgot to update the computer. Oh well.... But it was super easy fix. Room was 2 king beds plus a pull out couch. The beds were good but the pull out was much better as a couch. Three tables in the room with 2 chairs made it a bit challenging with multiple kids but we managed ok! The kids loved the indoor pool and I loved the super warm hot tub. Only be aware ... There's no elevator so being on the second floor was a bit of a pain at check in and check out.
