Very clean, friendly. Very courteous staff. Quiet. Easy access from the highway. Used for the trip to and from Raleigh N.C.

I booked a smoking room which I found odd because I thought it was non smoking for the whole property. Nevertheless I paid extra just so I could vape comfortably. I get there and there are signs everywhere about the fees in you smoke so I ask the front desk man and he just keeps saying it’s non smoking and I was like okay but how did I just pay extra for a smoking room then. I asked what can we do about the extra money I spent. The front desk didn’t care. I would not recommend mostly because none of the staff have been nice so far and the booking person on the phone clearly did not know that it was non smoking place.

The room is clean and well priced, but the lobby and hallway of that floor *reek* of incense. It's quite off-putting. The hotel has strict no smoking, no vaping warnings, the irony of being overwhelmed by incense in the entire building is, well, ironic.
