OMNI BEDFORD SPRINGS RESORT AN

We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni Resort. The facility itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the pools. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found a candy wrapper left behind on the accent chair, as well as several pieces of debris on the floor. The staff was very kind and responsive when we brought this to their attention and sent someone up to vacuum the room. However, even after the room was vacuumed, more items became noticeable, including a fake nail, a can lid, and a coin. The pools and overall facilities were wonderful, but some areas appeared to need more upkeep and attention. For example, there were missing tiles at the outdoor pool. Overall, the resort has such beautiful facilities and great amenities, but unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance took away from the experience. With better attention to housekeeping and upkeep, this could be an excellent resort.

My husband and I just spent 2 nights enjoying all the amenities at the Omni in Bedford Springs, PA. We've been several times and this place never disappoints. What we love most are the locals who make up the majority of staff at this location- they are extremely well trained, inviting and genuine. The outdoor pool Service was excellent! Food and drinks never disappoint, regardless of where you are dining. Our goal was total relaxation and we got exactly that! I highly recommend visiting this GEM, tucked away right off the turnpike.

Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff - super helpful, friendly and accomodating to your every need. The beds are very comfortable (especially loved the pillows) and it is super quiet for sleeping. This is the high priced spread. Especially good for golfers.
