False advertising at 4 stars!!!! Dirty! Smells horrible!!! Don’t fall for this!!! Don’t book here. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This was an absolutely awful experience. The refrigerator constantly turned on and off and would make loud noises when it did so. The heater was horribly loud when it was running, so much so that we had to turn it off!!!!!! People were out in the hallway at 2 am talking and smoking in a non smoking area!!!!!! No one should have to pay money to have a total unacceptable and uncomfortable stay at a hotel!!!!

Let’s start with the positives- There are NONE! This place is a complete dump. I can’t believe choice hotels continues to allow them to carry their name on the sign. I’m almost positive that certain floors have people living in the rooms. The place looks and feels like a mix between a 1/2 star hotel and low income housing. The carpets in the hallways haven’t been cleaned in ages, there’s fire hazards all over the place. Smoke alarms don’t work, outlets and switches are loose or non working, bedding was dirty, mold in the tub corners, pool towels are the size of hand towels, one elevator was out of service, the 2nd will be out of service soon. The place is a fire hazard waiting to happen. There’s a Holiday Inn just up the road, stay there.
