I would not return to this property. The hallway carpet is very dirty, the lighting is dark and there is a smell. The front desk staff are all kind and helpful. The room was clean however housekeeping never came to clean our room(217)and we stayed for 4 days. The AC in the room did not consistently work. The first day the front desk had to reset it and shortly after it turned off again and we spent an entire night hot and sweaty. The next day maintenance came and adjusted something on the unit, and we learned the AC had to be set to 61 in order to consistently work. So the options were either freeze or burn up. We chose to freeze, but we shouldn’t have had to. I left my information at the front desk everyday for the GM to contact me about the issues we experienced and he never reached out. A few days after we left I called back again and they were able to finally get me in contact with the GM who was very understanding and apologetic and did refund us a portion for the inconveniences. Breakfast was continental and convenient. Its just enough to put something on your stomach to start your day. Overall the stay was just ok and I would not return.

I booked a king suite through the Hilton website and digitally checked in to the app the day before, but walked into my room and found a small, cramped room with two queens. I went back to the desk and indicated the mistake and was told that they were totally sold out of all other rooms - the clerk said that they usually keep one in reserve, but then indicated that one wasn't a suite. I then asked for a refund for the difference between the two rooms, since I knew the suite was more expensive. He told me the manager would be in touch to issue the partial refund - a week and a half later and nothing. Also, checked both the Hilton website and app and there were plenty of available rooms for this property the night I stayed. Second issue - the door was open to the room when I first went to it - deadlock was propping it open - which was a safety issue and a liability issue as anyone could have gone in and still been in there. Nothing happened when I turned the light in, so I had to cautiously enter and feel around the light I could vaguely see to turn it on. It turns out that the light switch is connected to the bedside lamps, so if they are turned off at the bed switch the light switch can't do anything. Hotel is right next to the highway, as in yards away at the same level so your view is cars speeding by and there is a lot of road noise. There was also a very strong cleanser smell. The room and bathroom were recently remodeled and everything was in good working order and appeared clean, so if I hadn't had all the other problems I would have been pleased.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property and I am a multi year Diamond member. As commented by another reviewer they lie continuously. Asked for a courtesy late check out…lied and said they were sold out (they weren’t). Called the Diamond desk to check on policy and they called and were told they were sold out…which turned into “we are sold out of that room type”…they weren’t….another lie. This went on and on and the final result being a $40 late check out fee and harassing my son 20 minutes after normal check out to leave the room. Tried to call to speak to the GM today at respectful times (mid afternoon and evening) and constantly told he was “in a meeting”. On the final try was told that I am going to be charged with harassment if I call back (calls were 20 seconds or less…no conversation just is he in and I’ll call back. In closing I have never in 20+ years ever called to complain…garbage management….stay away!!!!
