Comfort Suites

Room was not clean. Feces in and splattered on toilet. Shower drain clogged. Room smelled horrible . The receptionist had to clean the bathroom at 9 pm. She was not happy about the smell of the room.

Don’t stay here if you want to use the pool. They will book it out for a party and not let anyone know that, so you can’t use the pool during your stay.

room was nice size, spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of linens in large bathroom. nice addition of coffee nook. location was great, nearby ross park mall area, but far away enough to avoid the traffic. parking was tight due to a seemingly busy weekend, breakfast area was small, tight for as many people that were there; room, lobby, breakfast area could have been a bit tidier, swept better. noise was a factor as our room was on the 1st floor, and patrons above us were loud and unruly. we were nearby the staff linen/laundry area and indoor pool, so there was a lot of traffic outside of our room. overall, it was a good hotel stay, especially for the reasonable price and location.
