Best Western Plus Scranton East Hotel & Convention Center

Nice pool (no hot tub). Comfortable room. Bed was a bit on the soft side but not too bad. Comforter was tucked in so well that it was way too short to cover your shoulders. Air conditioner location aims cold or hot Air blowing right in your face when lying in bed. Good water pressure in shower. Terrible WiFi. The breakfast costs extra but was very nice, with good portions, good service.

Rooms very clean a little dark, but comfortable bed, and very clean , front desk staff great, restaurant on site very good and reasonable price, our first night was very quiet, second night, there was a Birthday party by the pool lounge that went on till about I’d say 430am children running around the hotel knocking on doors and screaming! Not sure why there wasn’t a stop put to it after a certain time but called front desk2 times once at 1230 am then at 330am and at around maybe 4300 am it ended Other than that nice hotel lived up to it’s reviews

This was a very nice hotel. There was a nice sized restaurant in the lobby, a pool table, gym, and decent sized pool. The room was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The rooms do have a large window that faces the hall way, so if you need a pitch black room to sleep, it was a little hard to achieve with the hall lights on all night.
