Horrible customer service. I made a reservation through the app at 11pm. When I arrived at 2am, the woman at the desk couldn’t check me in. She kept saying it wouldn’t let her. I asked if she had rooms available and she couldn’t answer me. I said what if I am in off the street and a sked if you had rooms available, could you check me in? She shrugged her shoulders. She said she was just there to do night auditsz why would have someone working if they weren’t qualified to be there alone to actually help a customer. She tried calling someone for help one time, but they didn’t answer. I suggested calling another courtyard to see if they could help her. She told me no one is available at 2 am to help, like it was my fault because I arrived during the middle of the night. I was calm initially, but then understandably I became annoyed. She was incredibly patronizing, kept saying mam I’m not going to argue with you because I know you want me to. I replied, I don’t want to argue, I just want the room I reserved and have been charged for! Do better Marriot.

Difficulty regulating heat, no air-conditioning in hallways and no lights. Below Marriott standards.

At first look, the hotel looks good. We had problems with our room, though - #520. The drain in the sink was slow (they responded and fixed it), the outlet by the coffee machine didn't work, the room darkening drapes were broken and wouldn't close, the lights in the sink area and also the bathroom (actually, the whole room) were very dim. The bathroom and sink areas should have bright task lighting, but instead was very low-light. It was very difficult to put make up on, etc., not to mention that the sink was very wide which made it hard for this 5'3" woman to lean close enough to the mirror. You also have to ask for the room to be cleaned - it is not automatic. Not sure I would stay here again.
