First off we called to ask if the hotel had been renovated. We said our last beds were hard and asked if their beds were new, response “I have no idea only been here a month”
Well turns out the beds are as hard as rock. I tossed all night and had leg spasm. The front desk doesn’t care if their beds are as hard as rock either, so don’t waste your breath telling them
The room is old and outdated. There are not enough plugs for my wife and my electronics. The tv remote was probably older than me I think and I’m fifty. I’m surprised there was no cord attached.
The floor has a very squeaky. There are no quiet feet in this room. The elevator is tiny and makes a loud jerky stop, a little scary for only going up to a third floor of a three story building. The carpet in hallway is old and has a big stain out in front of our room. The bathroom is old and outdated and has minimal shower pressure. The hot water had to be cranked because I was so sore from the bed. I should have had third degree burns and obviously didn’t, but only way to solve my back pain issue in the morning. The toilet paper holder is falling off wall. The calking in the shower is coming off from the wall and will flood the level below someday. The hot tub jets were not working by the pool. There was a maintenance guy taping off one of the ladders for some strange reason at 8:30 at night. The tiles are falling off the wall between the hot tub and the pool and the water in the pool was cold and cloudy.
The food in the morning was edible barely. The eggs were the powered scrambled eggs, sausages were ok if you got a cooked one, home fries were cold and the toast was ok if your bread wasn’t stale. Waffles were ok and probably the only thing there that was. There was no staff cleaning tables or clearing full garbage cans or changing out food that probably had been there way too long.
Recommend Not Staying Here!!!!

It is right off the interstate behind a IHOP with a driveway that has no sign. It seems as they are remodeling the place or have just finished. Check in as great and easy the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was very nice it had two bathrooms and two showers. It was priced fairly resonable. The hotel was clean and not that noisey. The pool area was nice too.

I will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel was met with a somewhat rude attitude from the person checking me in. The hallways had stains on the walls, floors etc, kids were running up and down the hallways at all times of the night. Then my room was just not what I thought, stains on walls, light fixtures, carpet, shower floor. My shower door was coming off the hinges I was nervous to let my child use it. There was dried up food and noodles in the AC/ heating unit. Pillows completely flat so I called and asked for more the front desk said they’re completely out. I went and got pillows just to get through my stay, the bed completely uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on a brick. I liked that my room looked out over the pool but it became an issue because you can hear everything including all the screaming from the area. Every so often my room started to smell of chlorine so no insulation whatsoever so ever! Completely disappointed in this hotel and won’t be returning.
