SUPER 8 GREENSBURG

In town for a family event. Cant go wrong with the price and place was clean. Just used it as a place to sleep. Used to be a Super 8 and had stayed there before.

Very clean room in general. Extremely helpful and professional staff. Good price. Budget accommodation. No breakfast, but coffee 24 hrs in lobby. Minimal amenities. Good choice for a place to stay, but not a vacation-type hotel or location.

Back for another great visit at the Red Roof in Greensburg. I was here a couple of months ago, and meant to review it then, but it just slipped through the cracks. I loved my stay then, and absolutely no disappointments on my second go round. It is clean, clean, clean! The beds are comfy, and because it is up on the hill off Route 30, it is quiet, The front desk staff are uniformly terrific; Stefanie when I was here in October, and Alyssa on this visit are super friendly, and very good at their job. The rooms are a little on the small side, but they have everything you need for a terrific day, and the price is certainly very tasty (especially with no pet fee). Just a note: I travel a lot, 20+ weekends a year— 100+ nights at hotels. It’s a Red Roof, not a four-star property, but it’s a genuine winner… and one of the RRs I have stayed in. NOTE: This hotel has absolutely the best in room refrigerators I’ve had at a non-suite hotel. It is a good size small refrigerator that has a separate freezer…not a little dinky space inside the refrigerator.
