Comfort Inn (Harrisburg)

Checking in it was if the front desk person was going to thank us for booking with them but then saw i booked a third party so he stopped. He had messed up the girl before us reservation. I do not know how they got a cleanliness award because pool was dirty , hair on ground. No towels. I told the guy also no lids for coffee. Didnt seem to care. Tea not restocked in morning. Room was good beds comfy but my pillow had blood on it . Towels in room were dirty and shower head and faucet falling off. Shower also felt as if it had not been clean in a while :( Could have been much better

Nick and staff was great! Welcoming and always ready to assist. Location was ideal for Hershey. Will definitely be back as this is the second time we stay at those location.

Nick was very friendly and the service was excellent! Will definitely visit again.
