Howard Johnson Inn Harrisburg

The service is terrible. I also saw that the cleaning is not good. The room is not in good condition nor is the bathroom. They should not improve that. The breakfast is just snak. I don't have breakfast as such. Where was the coffee served? That is dirty.

Room is dirty: wall markings, stains & peeled walls. There were bugs & roaches in the bathroom & one in our bed! The bathroom door is squeeky loud. Maintenance said they'll fix it but they didn't. Staff just don't care & have terrible service!

Would not recommend this hotel. The pictures of my room didn’t look anything like the web site. No breakfast as advertised. Did have pop tarts and coffee in the lobby. Phone in room was not connected to the outlet. Just sat on the nightstand. First room had a large hole in the wall and a plastic lawn chair in the room. I complained at front desk twice and nothing was resolved. No working phone in the room is a safety hazard. Front desk just said that the phones don’t work in those rooms.
