This is likely one of the least expensive hotels in the area, and so popular. It is strictly no-frills, and by that I mean other than towels and soap, don't expect anything. No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker. You get a room, though mine was clean and respectable. There is no breakfast, but there is coffee in the lobby starting around 6 AM. The area is fine, across the highway from the mall, and a short walk to Chili's restaurant. The clientele is mixed and the type that you should expect in the cheapest hotel in the area. Some look a little dodgy, others are just on a budget.

We booked a night at this hotel in early April for a stay at the end of May. The reservation confirmation page said that check-in was from 3pm - 4am. We were leaving late because of work and knew we would be close to 3:30am-4:00am at check-in. We called them at 10:47pm the day of check-in to let them know were would not be there until about 3:30am-4:00am. They told us that the system resets at 3:30am and we needed to be there by then and if we did not make it the system cancels all no show reservations, but they may be able to reset the reservation. So, we would have been able to check in at 4:00am, but still check out by 11:00am the same day. We were fine with that because this was just a stop to sleep on our way to somewhere else. We arrived right at 4:00am or maybe even a little before. I checked my Google Maps history and it shows us arriving at 3:59am. The desk clerk said she had started her audit and we had to wait 20 minutes. At about 4:25am, she waved us in and tried to reinstate our reservation, but she said she was unable to get it to do so. But, they had rooms available to reserve, if we still wanted one from 4:30am-11:00am. We originally paid about $105 total (room, taxes, and fees) for the room, but now it would cost $235 (just room, not including taxes and fees). So, all total, we would pay over $340 for a six hour reservation at a Motel 6. We declined. So, my wife and I, along with our 12 year old daughter and 7 year old son found somewhere to use the restroom and just continued driving. I have attached a photo of the original confirmation with the 3:00pm-4:00am check-in time.

I accidentally left behind my mother’s only gold necklace that has my sister and my names and birthdays on it that my Nana had given to her when we were born. I called about an hour after check out when I realized I didn't have it. The front desk person was so rude and it was very clear she wasn’t even going to try to check and see if it was found. One of the employees definitely stole it and sold it I am sure. That necklace is irreplaceable and I am so upset about it. This place has scum bags as employees and I caution anyone- it’s a cheap place yes but it’s not worth it. Untrustworthy POS.
