I was in Lancaster to play a tennis tournament and thought this was very comfortable for a player. Beds and pillows comfortable, useful fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast buffet had the right foods for an athlete. Ice readily available after matches. Workout room is dated...would be better with newer equipment, bands and free weights.

Checked in and immediately discovered a mouse running across the room. Observed a Kerig like coffee pack opened and on the carpet where mouse ran from. Immediatly left after entering and checked out. Hotel desk agent stated she would close-out that room and issue refund. Called 48 hours later after no refund. Hotel Agent Ernie, stated there would be no refund and found my complaint not possible. Accused my family of lying and was rude. We have been staying there for the last ten years when visiting the area with no complaints. Our first complaint and Agent Ernie attacks our character. Will never return nor will my business associates. Disappointing at best and shocked with the hotel response.

Avoid breakfast at all costs. Mediocre food, horrendous lines, and an extremely rude hostess. The hotel caters to bus loads of tourists, but the restaurant is incapable of managing the logistics of the breakfast crowds. Hostess is surly and argumentative, insisting on giving priority to certain bus loads over others, creating chaos in what should be a first-come, first-served buffet line. Customers should be shown more respect. The food is definitely not worth the wait.
