Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue, PA

I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at the end of July 2026. I stayed there for a family reunion. The suites are huge and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, and well maintained. . The hotel lobby was huge, equipped with a large lounge area, several meeting and conference rooms. The hotel was updated and very modern. The hotel employees were cordial and professional. The Desk Receptionisr Adonis and TJ, were very accommodating and thoughtful. The hotel is located conveniently close two major highways, stores and restaurants. I would certainly stay there again if I have another event or in the area.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and cheerful. The service was really pleasant !

We saw the room, it wasn't cleaned at all. Dirt and crumbs all over the floor, behind the bed was gross. Dishes were dirty and refrigerator was not fully cleaned. Disgusting. We left immediately and canceled our stay. We lost the first night's room fee, but at least we didn't have to sleep there. The Residence Inn / Marriot squeezed us in that night, and we stayed further away for the rest of the week.
