Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing

We stayed here during last week World Cup games and it was an awesome. The hotel located in a good area next to the river. The service by the front desk team was great, the team at the breakfast were beyond amazing. I highly recommend this place. The rooms were comfortable too and good size. In would stay here again for sure.

When we arrived, the lock on our room door was broken. It took multiple trips to the front desk and about an hour until they finally sent someone to fix it. The room had the worst flushing toilet I've ever seen. After it clogged, it took about 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk to get it fixed. We made the mistake of eating breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. The food was expensive, terrible tasting and they served my orange juice in a broken glass. Stay away.

Wife left anniversary ring after check out and IT WAS NOT RETURNED… Stolen!! Called multiple times for manager and or alleged “lost and found” and they never returned my calls. Hilton customer service is an absolute joke… corporate never returned my calls neither. Wouldn’t even consider returning my points. Stay here at your own risk!!! Rooms not clean. Customer service doesn’t exist! Consider staying elsewhere!!!
