Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square

I booked this hotel after having a wonderful stay at one of their other locations in Denver last week. Unfortunately, the experience here was nothing like I was expecting. The hotel was very rundown, looked nothing like the photos, the common areas were dirty, and the hotel room itself was very disappointing. The furniture was falling apart, two of the outlets were not working, one of the main lamps did not work, one of the bathroom lights did not work, and as icing on the cake, a rat ran across the floor of my hotel room. When I called the front desk, they were rude and dismissive, and I ultimately had to move to a different hotel altogether. Overall, the experience was pretty horrible, and I would recommend thinking twice before booking a stay here.

Our past weekend stay here was made even more special with our doorman Frank who helped us with his kindess and great knowledge of the city and also thanks to Diane from housekeeping who was so friendly and a great team member.

We love staying here, the location is great and the staff is friendly too, a special thanks goes to Dave the Doorman for being so helpful. We can’t forget to thank Steve who isn’t here at the moment for his friendship, thank you all !!
