Comfort Inn (Hermitage)

Horrible stay. Floors and desks looked like they weren't cleaned for months. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. 1 of the pillows smelled like straight cat urine so we asked for another and it smelled like something sour. Microwave had rust under the glass plate, so it couldn't be used. It was booked for 2 adults, and we were only given 1 towel. Faucet on the sink was almost falling off. Someone tried to enter our room early in the morning on our last day. We had to ask twice to have our room cleaned. Definitely lost our business for when we come to visit from out of town.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Between the stains on the walls, the sheets, the floors, and the showers, the left over dog food on the floor, the MOLD, and torn up bathroom DO NOT COMMEND. There was a smell immediately when you walk into the lobby and an unbearable smell in the room. There were bugs in the air conditioner and pieces of random trash that the previous people left on the floor. The bed was not washed and clearly has been left from the previous people. Do not waste your time or money.

I guess what they say is true you get what you paid for! But seriously come on roaches were on the nightstand in the room!!!! I guess the only good thing was the sheets were cleanish and air conditioning worked even though the front was falling off. To make matters worse the whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Don’t recommend staying there
