Carriage House Inn

Rooms smelt like a carriage house for horses. Terrible smell. Glad we only stayed one night.

Another great stay at The Carriage House, this time we stayed at “The Pierre” for two nights. It was a half duplex with full kitchen, dining room, living room and the upstairs had two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also had a front porch with two rockers where we spent our evenings watching the horse and buggies . You get a certificate for each person staying to the restaurant across the street “Speckled Hen”, which is absolutely delicious. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Lancaster and we will be back soon 😍

Perfect! Booked for a quick overnight trip to Lancaster and was very pleased! About 20 minute ride to attractions. Room was immaculate. Host was wonderful. Includes breakfast which was delicious!
