The Prince Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member

The worst place I’ve ever stayed and I live in hotels when I travel for work. Don’t stay here I repeat don’t waste your money. No heat in the lobby. The front entrance doesn’t open so the have the back door opened for anyone to walk in. Was told I can have 1 room key and don’t lose it or forget it because they can’t guarantee that somebody who works there Will be available to make a new one. So after waiting an hour at the desk for somebody to come print me a room key in the freezing cold lobby. I finally went to my room where there is mold growing around the bed. The sheets and blankets were stained all up my towels had holes and stains all over them. The shower had use soap in it. There wasn’t inch of dust on top of the one shelf in the room so at the end of everything we ended up, not even unpacking our stuff just getting in the car and driving up the street to. The comfort Inn, where everything was amazing 10 out of 10 highly recommend the comfort Inn please For your safety Please do not stay there

Never go here, absolutely disgusting, pee was all over our covers and pillows, guy at the front desk said “It’s not my problem” and continues to call my 19 year old brother little kid. This man tries to say that there was too much time between check in. Even though mom, trying to be helpful since we are driving up from New Jersey checks us in early, took him about three second too see it looked like an over excited dog and started peeing everywhere. Disrespectful, no good, incompetent people with no care for their guests whatsoever. if there was a Catfish TV for hotels and guests, this place would be the star.

Extremely un accommodating! Tried to reserve rooms for workers. They were very nasty and un cooperative. So I said well we will go some place else. She said well fine go. So I made reservations for us all to go else where. Once I told them I was going they locked my guys out Of their rooms. Insisted we pay for a full week for five rooms. Had to call police to intervene. Absolute HORRIBLE experience!!
