Comfort Inn & Suites Brandywine Valley

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our room was in decent condition. The chair for the desk is uncomfortable - its style is sort of retro so it leans back too far for comfort if you need or want to use it at the desk. The ice machine has smaller ice cubes which makes it easier for filling water / ice bags. The breakfast was pretty ordinary for this hotel brand. There's not a lot of seating in the breakfast area, though. It can get pretty crowded especially if people have checked out of their rooms and are waiting to get to the airport. The parking lot is mostly on a slant unless you park on the side. There isn't a lot right around the hotel, and the highway makes going in and out a bit tricky. We just picked up dinner at the Fresh Market a little ways down the highway and enjoyed it in our room.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED! Filthy room! Rude staff especially assistant general manager who was prejudiced against my daughter who has severe developmental disabilities! Changed us 126.00 extra cleaning fee because she is incontinent. AWFUL HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT. DISGUSTING PLACE AND MANAGEMENT. Do not stay here!!!

Nice, clean, and updated hotel. They ever make your room everyday!! Decent free breakfast. Nothing special but a basic clean hotel. Don’t read the old reviews.
